  • Every organization is different. Fees are tailored to the scope of work, level of support, and anticipated engagement timeline to ensure services align with your organization's needs.

  • To build meaningful momentum and deliver lasting results, KASAMA recommends:

    • Strategic Advisory: Minimum engagement of 3 months

    • Embedded Executive Leadership: Minimum engagement of 4–6 months
